Fruits and Vegetables
Fruits and vegetables are most essential in our daily life. Our body gets a lot of calcium, fiber, vitamins and protein. Through this, disease immunity and refreshment are obtained. Fruits are a storehouse of minerals that contain the most antioxidants that boost our body’s immunity, health and beauty. Therefore, we should eat fruits in a way that our body can absorb the most. It should not be taken after meals for any reason. Many people do not know this one idea that you should eat before food. Similarly, vegetables are very important for our health. Health benefits increase when vegetables are eaten green. But some vegetables are poisonous if eaten uncooked. For example: potato. Raw vegetables like carrots and beetroot are good for preventing cancer and improving eyesight. Lycopene in it gives these benefits.

Carrots are good for blood purification, appetite and eyesight. Beans are good for bone and teeth health as they are rich in calcium
